MAY’S PRAYER

God is great! God is Good!
Let us thank Him for our food.
By His hand, we all are fed.
Thank you, Lord, for daily bread.

WEEKLY BIBLE STORY

This week’s Bible story is from the New Testament book of Acts. In this story, we learn how Jesus enabled Peter to actually heal a crippled man. Peter did not do this alone, but by the power of Jesus given to him, Peter was able to heal the man. God grants us many blessings and miracles. Let us give Him praise and thanks for His love for us.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

This year our church will be hosting Vacation Bible School (VBS) July 22-26, 2019. VBS is free for children aged 3-10 years old and you can register online now.

FLOWER FUNDRAISER

Thank you to everyone who ordered flowers for our annual fundraiser. The flowers should be delivered this Thursday by 10:00 am and ready for preschool families to pick-up at the end of the school morning. The proceeds from this sale are going to help us with the start-up costs of opening our Jr. Kindergarten. Thanks again! It is much appreciated.

SUMMER CAMP

This summer, our school will be offering 6 individual weeks of summer camp options. The camp dates are: June 11-12, 18-19, July 9-10, 16-17, 30-31, & August 6-7. HOTDOGS & HAPPINESS

Sunday, May 19^th, we are hosting our year-end celebration called Hotdogs & Happiness! It will be held in our Fellowship Hall, beneath the church in the other building, beginning at 5:30 p.m. The preschool will provide everything from hotdogs, buns, condiments, beverages, & dessert. We just ask you to bring a side dish to share. Please join us for this special evening.

JR. KINDERGARTEN TEACHER

Our preschool board is thrilled to announce our new Jr. Kindergarten teacher will be Miss Melika Mindemann. She actually worked with us for 2 years as our 3-year-old teacher, before leaving for a full-time position. We are now getting her back! Melika has many years of experience working in the classroom and has a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. Welcome, Melika!
